🔹 Digital Product Policy
All products sold on STLBoost.com are digital STL files delivered via instant download. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once the file has been downloaded.
🔹 Exceptions for Refund
We may issue a refund only in the following cases:
- You were charged multiple times for the same product.
- The file is corrupted or incomplete, and our team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
- You never received access to the download link due to a technical issue (and support couldn’t fix it).

- STLBoost.com is not responsible for print failure due to user error, printer setup, or software issues.
